Day 27: Something You Ate
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse
250g Whittakers Milk Chocolate
½ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Break chocolate in to pieces and put in a heat proof bowl. Place over a pan of simmering water. Once chocolate starts to melt add peanut butter & stir until forms a glossy consistency. Take off heat and place bowl on a cold surface to cool down.
In another bowl, whip cream, egg & vanilla extract until soft peaks appear.
Put a dollop of cream in to the cooled chocolate mixture and mix in then gently fold the mixture in to the rest of the cream.
Divide between serving bowls/glasses and chill in the fridge!
