Thanks to a gorgeous French restaurant in the valley in Brisbane, we have become addicted to Espresso Martinis. So now, wherever we go, we will order one to see how we rate it 🙂 coming to the conclusion that people do make them differently but only with a subtle tweak.
Seeing I have now perfected, in our opinion, an awesome version, I thought I would give you the recipe!
2 x double shots of espresso
60ml shot of Kahlúa
30ml shot of Crème de Cacao
30ml shot of Vodka
Fill tumbler with ice, add coffee, Kahlúa, Crème de Cacao and Vodka and shake. Pour into glass and serve with 3 coffee beans placed on top of foam.
